Andrew Soren is an assistant instructor and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program. Originally from Toronto and currently living in Montevideo, Uruguay, Andrew has worked in the corporate and non-profit sectors spanning the performing arts, philanthropy, corporate marketing and sponsorship, leadership development, culture change, coaching, and talent management. He is currently a Senior Advisor of Leadership, Culture and Governance at LRN Corporation, where he works with organizations on how to build values-based cultures, inspirational leadership and governance structures that foster freedom and self-governance. Andrew worked for one of Canada’s largest banks, BMO Financial Group for 12 years, where he was accountable for Leadership Development, Brand Revitalization and Culture Change. Andrew is a certified leadership coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
