Susanna Kislenko is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behaviour department at IESE Business School. Her research focuses on the way that founders lead past the start-up stage. As such, Susanna’s interests lie at the intersection of leadership and followership, work orientation, motivation and role identity.

Prior to pursuing doctoral studies, Susanna spent over 12 years in the non-profit sector in Canada, holding a number of leadership roles in social service organizations. Susanna’s work has been presented and published in a number of venues and she has co-authored three book chapters on leadership, intrapreneurship and social entrepreneurship and presented her work at the Strategic Management Society (SMS), International Association for Business and Society (IABS) and European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) conferences.
