Mohamed-Hédi is an Associate Professor at EDHEC Business School where he teaches Information Systems (IS). He holds a PhD in Management Science from Paris IX Dauphine University. His research interests revolve around social media at work, social networks, employee well-being and performance. He has published in academic journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems and Systems of Information & Management and presented his work in conferences such as the Academy of Management conference. He has published in practice oriented outlets such as MIT Sloan Management Review and les Echos.
