Doctoral research focused on the lived experience of inclusion for professional staff in higher education. The study helps to bridge inclusion research and positive organizational scholarship by uncovering the impact of positive deviance in the workplace. The incidents described in the study provide examples of high quality connections through micro-behaviors.
