Dana’s research examines how voluntary behaviors at work (e.g., helping) and outside of work (e.g., hobbies) impact employees performance and well-being. She is also currently fascinated by how AI is changing the nature of work, and how social science can leverage these new methodologies. A project she is currently excited about examines employee’s reactions to anticipatory vs. reactive AI help at work.
