Research Meeting

The PRW Microcommunity holds a small Research Meeting every two years. The purpose of this meeting is two-fold: (1) to build community among faculty, doctoral students, and scholar-practitioners with interests in the study of positive relationships at work and (2) to move research projects toward publication in top-tier journals in a comfortable, developmental environment.

Meetings are hosted, on a rotating basis, by PRW Microcommunity members who facilitate partnerships between their home institutions and the Microcommunity. The Steering Committee is always looking ahead to the next meeting, so please let us know if you have an interest in hosting a future meeting at your institution!

Professional Development Workshop (PDW)

Since 2012, we have developed, sponsored, and facilitated a PDW for the annual Academy of Management Meeting. The PDW provides a forum for generating new research ideas. It also helps develop, sustain, and enrich the ever-growing community of scholars, practitioners, and scholar-practitioners interested in positive relationships at work.
