I am a Professor of Information Systems at EDHEC Business School. I am a member of the Editorial Board of Information & Management. I hold a Ph.D. in Management Science focusing on Information Systems from Paris IX Dauphine University. My key research areas revolve around enterprise social media, employee creativity, and employee well-being. My academic work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Management Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and MIT Sloan Management Review. My work has received several academic awards, such as the Best Reviewer Award from the Communication, Digital Technology, and Organization division at the 2023 Academy of Management Conference and the Award of Best Associate Editor of Social Media, the Digital Collaboration track at the 2020 International Conference on Information Systems.
