Related Research Interests
I am a very interested in promoting the positive things that people can do to make the workplace more enjoyable. After a 23 year career in corporate, I moved to academia and enjoy sharing my experiences. I am currently finishing my doctorate and hope to focus on relationships as part of my future research. I also plan to design some additional courses that promote student understanding of teams and the importance of good relationships between members.
