Deb Glancy

I am a biopharmaceutical leader specializing in clinical research compliance.  I support several cross-functional project teams and advise teams on good clinical practice regulations, and I lead efforts associated with clinical trial risk planning and risk mitigation.  Through my work, I model, share, and apply what I know about POS with my colleagues.

While at Capella University completing my PhD, I interviewed work dyads that self-ascribed as belonging in a positive workplace relationship.  This research contributed to the development of a conceptual framework illustrating how high-quality workplace relationships develop and mature through reciprocated cognitive, behavioral, and social-psychological mechanisms.
