Related Research Interests

My research interests focus on the positive relationships between employees and the organization, as well as between employees and their supervisors. I’m particularly interested in how such positive relationships can trigger positive emotions among employees, especially gratitude which may function above and beyond indebtedness (felt obligation) in influencing positive work outcomes. My dissertation research tries to seek answers to these questions.
