My capstone project for the University of Pennsylvania’s MAPP program consisted of structured interviews with 20 senior business people who met a set of criteria in order to be designated a moral exemplar according to the exemplar methodology (Bronk, 2012). The research shows that moral exemplars form relationships with people who reflect their own moral values and hold them to a higher standard of behavior.
