Related Research Interests
For more than 10 years, I worked on understanding how managers integrate insights from inner development into their work, thereby promoting a working environment characterized by inclusivity, vulnerability, and growth. Lately, I’ve especially become interested in the experience of connection – how it arises and disappears – and how it facilitates leadership viewed through a relational ontology.
