Related Research Interests
My research addresses identity-based wellbeing at work. Specifically, I am studying people with challenging work and life experiences, and how those experiences require identity exploration and can spark identity growth. These topics take me constantly to the role of community in shaping our wellbeing. I am also studying the intersection of technology and work. Currently, I’m studying Digital Nomads and their sense of loneliness at work.
