Related Research Interests
My research, writing, and work with individual and organizational clients focus on boosting thriving at work by learning how to build and exploit resources and reduce the drain that can lead to burnout. I left my last full-time academic appointment in 2015 and now work independently (primarily for agencies of the United Nations) providing executive education and coaching on leadership, career self-management, resilience, and work-life integration.
