Related Research Interests
My research looks at issues of identity and organizing in nascent entrepreneurial contexts. Relationships serve as the Borrowing from a literature of ‘Strategy Surrogation’, ‘Metric Myopia’, or ‘Metric Fixation’, I am interested in how incentive systems can aid and abrogate less (directly) measurable phenomena that add value to organizations. Furthermore, I am interested in the factors that go into less measurable initiatives being adopted by organizations.
