Related Research Interests
I explore how employees navigate the challenges of trauma, adversity, and poverty and how an act of kindness can act as a catalyst to transform their lives. Specifically, my work explores the transformational role of receiving help, gratitude, and compassion in how employees cope with these challenges to become compassionate and inspirational work and community leaders.
