Related Research Interests
Overall, I am interested in employee well-being, particularly on thriving, and how individuals protect their own well-being by demonstrating agency and adaptive behavior in managing social interactions. In addition, I look at how work and non-work domains, particularly the social aspects such as marital interactions and supervisor support, interact to influence employee well-being.
