Ashlyee is a management scholar who studies how positive relationships and technology at work intersect to affect emotion regulation and individual performance. Before starting at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, she earned her MBA at Michigan Ross and brought her experience as a +Lab senior fellow to her career in consulting– working with C-suite executives of Fortune 50 companies to reimagine employee experiences and enhance performance to create a thriving future of work.
