Related Research Interests
My research focuses on mentoring, diversity, and positive relationships at work. I am interested in examining the intersections of these three domains. My current research projects involve the role of cross-race friendships in diversity education and allyship and the development of high-quality diverse mentoring relationships at work.
I am inspired by the beauty of Lake Michigan, by the kindness of strangers, and by the love of a good dog.
