I am a doctoral candidate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. My research interests include employee recovery, work-nonwork interface, and animals in the workplace. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program at the Fox School of Business, I earned my B.A. degree double majoring in Business Administration & Journalism and Mass Communication from the American University in Bulgaria. I am interested in studying positive relationships at work in the context of pet-friendly workplaces. I would like to examine how pets at the workplace can serve as social lubricants that facilitate interpersonal interactions and relationships.
