My research explores the impact of human connection on individual learning, engagement, health, well-being, motivation, and performance. This translates to an interest in the following topics: developmental relationships (specifically, coaching, teaching, and leader-member relationships), experiential learning, physiology & neuroscience, and emotional/social intelligence.
