A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Saint Joseph’s University, Carla is invested in applying academic rigor and analysis to 6+ years of scholar practitioner experience. She continues to develop frameworks and programs that enable organizations to thrive in ever-changing, highly competitive global environments. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research explores the relationship between empathy and bias. She is committed to improving dialogues across difference and expanding the practical approaches to mitigating bias inside of organizations.
