Research Related Interests
I am not a professor and have no research, per se, aside from the reflective work I do as an OD practitioner, learning facilitator, and mediator. In my current position, I work as an internal consultant at MIT, where I’m privileged to facilitate learning, coach leaders, and guide teams dealing with tensions, conflicts and misunderstandings in their interpersonal relationships. I happily stumbled across this site and wanted to connect with others who value positive relationships and the work of helping others trying to build and sustain those as well.
