Research Related Interests
My research is broadly in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management, with an emphasis on the behavioral, structural, and psychological features of interpersonal relationships at work. I am particularly interested in the relationship functions associated with emotions at work and how the workplace relationships impact on employee wellbeing, performance, and turnover.
