I studied a PhD in Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University, where I focused on studying the social processes that emerge in a group when they adopt an appreciative standpoint. Currently, I’m studying the dynamics of generative change through the lenses of dialogic organization development and how organizations can transform themselves to become positive institutions. One of the preliminary findings of my research suggests that an appreciative (or generative) mode of organizing is positively associated to the experience of positive relationships at work. Finally, I’m also studying the importance of positive relational dynamics in different team processes and outcomes.
