Related Research Interests

My broad research agenda centers on the study of the role of how individuals and organizations grow, develop and change in sustainable ways.   Under this umbrella, I am curiosity about the impact of such constructs as executive coaching processes, coaching relationships, high-quality connections, positive emotions and leadership development initiatives on desired learning and performance outcomes.   When I’m not studying coaching and coaching relationships, I coach senior leaders in executive education programs, deliver coaching workshops and teach in the MBA, Executive MBA, Masters of Engineering Management, Law and Undergraduate programs at Case Western Reserve University.
