After more than two decades in corporate operations and HR roles, I made the move to consulting based upon my study and experience in workplace culture and well-being. I have found maximum impact through linking the organisational aspects (leadership, performance etc.) back to broader scientific bases – particularly, psychology and neuroscience. I believe there is more capacity for change when leaders can empathise with their staff and understand the ‘why’ behind their changes, not just the ‘how’.
