Related Research Interests
I am a fourth year doctoral student at Claremont Graduate University. I tend to incorporate positive relationships into every project that I can, because my past experience working in retail really showed me how important positive workplace relationships are when working conditions are stressful.
My MA thesis and dissertation topics revolve around the relationship between employees and their customers. Currently, I also have active research projects regarding prosocial motivation and behaviors, relationship maintenance, appreciation at work, and team engagement.
