Natalie H. Longmire is an assistant professor of Management at  Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. She received her PhD in Management from the McCombs School of  Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research explores factors that foster high-quality workplace connections,  such as self-disclosure, empathy, and vulnerability. She is particularly interested in understanding how workplace relationships can flourish across interpersonal differences, including neurodiversity. Prior to earning her PhD in Management, Longmire investigated employment outcomes for adults with autism at the Vanderbilt  Kennedy Center.
