Natasha is an excellence enthusiast and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience in executive leadership and operations. She completed her PhD in organizational psychology at the University of Canterbury with a research focus on belongingness and connection in the workplace.
Natasha has guest lectured and spoken at various conferences about leadership and workplace belonging, and she has shared her research on RNZ and several podcasts.
