Related Research Interests
My research passion is the way people are different with each specific other, and the way this difference affects work-related phenomena. This type of dyadic research regards relationships as greater than the involved individuals, aiming to explain relationships through a new lens. I also bring to the table about twenty years of managerial experience in the Hitech industry, where positive relationships in the workplace seem as the main driving mechanism for success.
