In addition to having been a research-based consultant in workplace endeavors for the past 25 years, focused on experience and engagement, I am in the final year of my doctorate in business administration program at HULT (estim. defense March 2024). My research is focused on the role of remoteness (moderator), empowerment, perceived connection to organization and team (mediator) on engagement and well-being (flourishing). I test an adapted measure individual perceived virtuality (connection) to test the relationships.
