In addition to being a research-based consultant in workplace endeavors focused on experience and engagement, I am in the final year of my doctorate in business administration program at HULT (estim. defense March 2024). My research is focused on the role of remoteness (degree of), empowerment (combining structural and psychological) and engagement with a link to well-being (flourishing). I introduce a new scale to measure individual perceived virtuality to test the relationship between all of this from an individual perceived perspective. This new scale includes individual, team and organizational support items.
