Related Research Interests
My main research interests involve time and human energy issues at work as well as people’s workday experiences. My current research explores how people manage and replenish their energy during work time and how social and task context factors in the workplace influence people’s energy management attempts. Among people’s energy management activities at work, engaging in positive social interactions can be an important way through which people recover their energy during a workday.
